The Heritage Deluxe Rooms contain a 55 in-wide double bed or a 71 in-wide king-sized bed, air-conditioning, a work desk, shower, 37-inch flat-screen TV, in-room safe, mini-bar, tea/coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, L’Occitane toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. Our Quad Rooms have two 4.6’ wide double beds (140 cm) along with a writing desk, wardrobe, shower and 37'' flat screen TV. Free 'Handy' smart phone in the room. Guests are allowed to make free Unlimited Local and International Calls to mobiles and landlines (selected countries only - UK, US, Thailand, Germany, Italy and France). Also, Unlimited Mobile Internet available. The smart phone can be taken and used outside the hotel too (only during your stay). A laptop sized safe, tea & coffee making facilities, small refrigerator, individually controlled air conditioning and heating, hairdryer. Iron and Ironing board in the room. Location was great as going to a Show in West Brompton so walking distance (30 mins) on a sunny Spring evening. Area:- Walked from hotel to Kensington Gardens and through to Hyde Park (90 mins - 2 hours). Lovely area, saw Royal Albert Hall, Sculpture exhibitions, Serpentine Gallery, Princess Diana's Memorial Fountain, Pedalos and beautiful flower beds. Deck chairs for rent along the walk and coffee shop/ bar and grass to sit and watch world go by. Gloucester Road Tube 5 mins walk away from hotel to get around in city. Went to Skygarden near Bank and Westminister Abbey for excellent visit via Tube direct from Gloucester Road) Room was a good size and beds very comfortable. Air conditioning in room kept us cool. Kettle in room for coffee and tea and small milks. Shower was roomy and water hot. Plenty of towels and toiletries as was a triple room. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and service excellent. Scrambled eggs and Porridge delicious. Check in and out smooth. Paid at check in which was fine.

We arrived quite early before check in time. I had asked if an early check in was possible and when we got there, our room was ready. How wonderful it was! We were welcomed so friendly. The room was much bigger than I had expected, thankfully. All necessities were in place, even iron and ironing table. The room was cleaned every day, garbage removed, sheets and towels changed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and absolutely adequate. The staff have always been so helpful and friendly with true smiles on their faces. The check out was also so fast. On two days of our stay we had daily tours from London. I had asked if they could prepare sandwiches for the way. They prepared a nice snack with comfort food, fruit and even juice. I really appreciate the staff's thoughtfulness and kindness. Such a gesture! We had a great stay. Really appreciate!

I’d like to share a positive experience we had with Anita, a staff member at the Park International Hotel London on Cromwell Road. Due to unexpected flight changes, we had to extend our stay, and Anita went out of her way to help us. She arranged a room for us right away, so we didn’t have to wait until the usual 4:00 pm check-in time. You might wonder — what’s so extraordinary about that? It was Anita’s warm smile, her excellent communication skills, and her quick problem-solving that truly made the difference. We run marathons all over the world and have encountered many different situations in many countries — not all of them positive. Anita made our stay special and left us with wonderful memories of both the London Marathon and the Park International Hotel.

I did not include breakfast in my reservation, so I cannot comment on that. The location was perfect for me, as it was walking distance to many points of interest, restaurants, shopping, and the Underground. The staff was wonderful! Very friendly, professional, and helpful. I had a single room and it was adequate in size, as I did not spend much time in it. However, it was very tight. While it was nice to have the option for coffee, it would have been nicer to have a Nespresso or something similar vs the instant packets. It was very clean. The bedcover could also be of better quality - as I felt it was like a dollar store quality. It was very helpful that the reception desk had adapters, as I did not have the right fit.

The hotel is located on Cromwell Road, close to two metro stations on the Piccadilly Line (Earl's Court and Gloucester Road), which take you to the city centre in a few minutes. In addition, there is a direct line to Heathrow Airport. The staff were really nice and efficient. Both check-in and check-out were done very quickly and they offered to keep our lugagge there after check-out even before we had the chance to ask. Breakfast was varied and tasty, especially if you like full English breakfasts. It's true that there isn't such a big variety of bread or sweet buns or pastries. We had a double and an individual room and both of them were spotlessly clean. Wifi worked well as well
